چکیده
Background: The location of the endodontic perforation has shown a strong correlation with healing process and successful outcome. aim this study was to determine prevalence iatrogenic perforations according their affected root surfaces. Materials methods: Over period 7 years, 100 cases were recorded from digital radiographs each case. classified following criteria: (1) – cervical, furcation, stripping, lateral, apical (2) surface. different types calculated subjected statistical analysis. Results: Among all perforations, most common are those located in furcation area molars (46%), followed by lateral (35.8%). mesial surfaces often (71.9%), distal ones (21%). Conclusion: Prior canal treatment, it is essential assess morphologic conditions key areas prone perforations.

Iatrogenic perforations during colonoscopy.
The incidence of iatrogenic colonic perforations in the medical literature ranges between 0.005% and 0.63% with the majority of patients requiring laparotomy for repair. Colonoscopic perforation may occur due to several mechanisms: blunt trauma to the colonic wall, barotrauma from air insufflation, unintentional endoscopic resection or excessive thermal injury. Our clinical experience includes ...
متن کاملTranslation surfaces according to a new frame
In this paper we studied the translation surfaces according to a new frame called q-frame in three dimensional Euclidean space. The curvatures of the translation surface are obtained in terms of q-frame curvatures. Finally some special cases are investigated for these surfaces.

nosis, treatment and follow-up of colorectal pathologies. However, this invasive procedure is performed with some risk of hemorrhage, perforation and even death. 2 The incidence of perforation is reported to range between 0.2% to 0.8% for diagnostic colonoscopy and from 0.15% to 3% for therapeutic colonoscopy. With increasing numbers of colonoscopies being performed for screening purposes, this...
متن کاملManagement of Idiopathic and Iatrogenic Esophageal Perforations.
DA Esophageal perforations can generally be classified as iatrogenic or idiopathic. Iatrogenic perforations are usually caused by gastroenterologists or surgeons performing endoscopy who inadvertently perforate the esophagus over the course of the procedure.
